How to redeem a voucher

Do you have a voucher for one of our products? Here’s how to redeem it:

1. Visit the voucher redemption page at hellobackgrounds.com/redeem
2. Enter your voucher code and email address in the form, then click “Redeem voucher”
   

   

3. You should see a green success message. If not, please check you’re using a valid voucher code and email address.
4. You will receive a download link by email for your files.

If you get stuck or need help, please contact support@hellobackgrounds.com. Please include your voucher code, and information on where you purchased your voucher from.

Tip: if you ever need to download the files again, just use the same code and email address on the licence activation page
